She is the founder and C.E.O of Broad Rivers Ventures. The company packages natural spices and herbs under the brand name ViVi Natural Spices. Dr. Oppong-Agyare believes in using food as medicine and vice versa.

Her areas of work include biodiversity, hospitality, sustainability,conservation, and ecotourism. She has done research into Stress Management, and thus believes healthy eating combined with good stress management practices can promote longevity in good health.
